I´ve been collecting thoughts and melodies since young age, most of which are secured in my phone’s Voice-Memos, waiting to be rediscovered. In 2020, me and my dad built a home-studio in our basement and I began working some of these early ideas into fully elaborated songs. “Flowerbeds” is the title of my first solo-album, which consists of 14 tracks I recorded in this process. The album essentially is a reflection of my adolescent world-view, put into perspective by an older version of myself. With the help of friends and fellow musicians, I fully arranged a proportion of these songs, backed by drums, bass, piano or violin. Alternating with purist solo-performances, the result is a natural and vivid sounding record.
